HOW DOES ULTIMA PIETRA HANDLE INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The information that we collect about you will be stored in the United States.  When Ultima Pietra transfers your personal data from EU Member States to countries outside of the EU that do not provide adequate legal protection for the processing of personal data, Ultima Pietra will ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented to secure such data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws and after having carried out an assessment of the level of protection of your rights on the territory of the third country where the recipient is established. HOW LONG DOES ULTIMA PIETRA RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will not retain your personal data processed longer than
allowed under any applicable data protection laws. In any case, we will not retain it longer than such personal data is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed, subject to applicable local retention requirements.
In the absence of applicable exceptions, Ultima Pietra will
keep: the personal data related to your purchases until termination of your business relation with us; your internet and other electronic network activity information during thirteen(13) months from the connection date;
your activity logs on the Websites during six (6) months from the connection date.
In addition to this, Ultima Pietra will keep your personal

two (2) years for personal data processed for marketing purposes;
five (5) years for evidence purposes relating to legal claims;
