The information that we collect about you will be stored in the United States.  When Ultima Pietra transfers your personal data from EU Member States to countries outside of the EU that do not provide adequate legal protection for the processing of personal data, Ultima Pietra will ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented to secure such data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws and after having carried out an assessment of the level of protection of your rights on the territory of the third country where the recipient is established. We have implemented international data transfer agreements based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses to cover our international data transfers and a copy of these clauses can be obtained by contacting us at privacy@ultimapietra.com.

HOW LONG DOES ULTIMA PIETRA RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will not retain your personal data processed longer than allowed under any applicable data protection laws. In any case, we will not retain it longer than such personal data is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed, subject to applicable local retention requirements.

In the absence of applicable exceptions, Ultima Pietra will keep:

  • the personal data related to your purchases until termination of your business relation with us;

  • your internet and other electronic network activity information during thirteen (13) months from the connection date;

  • your activity logs on the Websites during six (6) months from the connection date.

In addition to this, Ultima Pietra will keep your personal data for:

Right to access.  You are entitled to obtain confirmation from Ultima Pietra as to whether or not any personal data concerning you is processed by Ultima Pietra.

If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information, including your name and mailing address, to third parties. As of the date of this privacy policy, Ultimate Pietra does not sell any personal information to any third party.  If that were to change in the future, we will update this privacy policy.

Do-Not Track Signals

Web browsers and other technologies you may use to access the Website may include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.  At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
